Staying at this hotel was an interesting experience. The presence of football memorabilia really made it unique, especially for fans, and the views were wonderful. While the rooms were spacious and clean, the mattresses left something to be desired. The breakfast had an excellent selection, albeit with some temperature issues with the food and plates. The chaotic atmosphere during spa visits was a downside that may not suit everyone.

During my stay, I experienced a mix of good and bad. The hotel staff tried their best to create a welcoming environment, and the green surroundings contributed to a nice ambiance. However, the disruptive football tournament significantly affected our comfort, and the dining options were quite lacking. Overall, while there are positive elements, it fell short of my expectations.

The facilities seemed adequate, but the disruptions from the football tournament overshadowed them.

The hotel boasts beautiful grounds that are perfect for walks and exploration. While the rooms are modern, they show signs of wear and tear, which could use some attention. The small pool requires advanced booking, and our dining experience left much to be desired due to overbooking and long wait times. Despite its stunning exterior, the overall experience was somewhat average.

Rooms

The rooms are modern but a bit tired, with peeling paint and some rusty fixtures.

I had a wonderful experience overall, as the hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms and a beautiful setting amidst nature. The reception experience, however, left something to be desired due to some hiccups at check-in and an unwelcoming attitude from a supervisor. While the leisure facilities are fantastic, the dining experience, particularly during breakfast, can be chaotic. The hotel is ideal for family visits, thanks to generous parking as well.
