the room covered all needs one wants. the staff checked that everything was all right for us. it included reception, dining, and the bar. staff never rushed us at all. the breakfast also covered all options.

The staff displayed AMAZING helpfulness and friendliness across the hotel! I found my room spacious. The beds offered EXTREME comfort. The hotel features modern cleanliness throughout. The leisure facilities are superb, including the swimming pool, changing rooms, and public areas.
I noticed that the air conditioning did not allow the room temperature to fall below 19 degrees Celsius. This made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The location provides EASY access, especially for those attending events nearby. Surroundings include well kept grounds. It is a lovely location for walks. FREE parking is available.

My room was REALLY spacious and SPOTLESSLY clean. Temperature control worked efficiently to keep the room comfortable. The pillows provided AMAZING comfort, which improved my sleep quality. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere.

convenient venue excellent food comfortable room
the venue was convenient for our family celebration. the food was excellent. the room was very comfortable. the staff checked that everything was all right for us, be it reception, dining, or bar. they did not rush us at all.
i tried to use the swimming pool but was told that my family and i could not enter because it was fully booked. we were not told we had to book to use the swimming pool. i feel robbed, as part of the reason we booked the hotel was because it had a swimming pool.

this hotel offers free parking on site. the hotel features an interesting, out-of-the-way location. there is excellent ev charging available. the grounds are part of a massive football ground, but open to the public most of the time.

I stayed in a suite. Its great size surprised me! I had access to the vip lounge. The spa was fine. It offered a perfect, relaxing start to my day. Breakfast was enjoyable for everyone in my family, and my kids loved playing football on the grounds.

Staff members are always friendly and cater very well for children. From gym staff to bar staff, and from cleaners to receptionists, they are all helpful and amazing. The service throughout the hotel enhanced my stay.

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks
quality food sports screen
The breakfast provided A LOT of variety and good quality food. The bar area had a large screen to watch sports. I could order food THERE.
I tried to use the swimming pool and learned I couldn't because it was fully booked. I was not told I HAD to book to use the swimming pool. THIS feels unfair.

the breakfast selection was good and had a lot of options.
I found it frustrating that the pool access was limited to one hour. It was difficult to book a slot (i was told to be more on the ball). this felt unacceptable for the price i paid.
